Role Description

We are seeking a Director of Agency Partnerships for a full-time, remote role. In this position, you will lead the development and growth of strategic partnerships with agency partners, fostering strong relationships that drive mutual success. Your responsibilities include managing and expanding agency accounts, generating new business opportunities, overseeing partnership strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results for clients. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure alignment and long-term value delivery for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and facilitate effective collaboration with partners and internal teams
  • Experience in Strategic Partnerships and Account Management to establish, nurture, and grow productive relationships with agencies
  • Proven ability in Strategic Planning and Sales to develop, implement, and execute strategies that generate measurable business outcomes
  • Prior experience in leadership roles and team-oriented environments is desirable
  • Understanding of modern marketing systems, digital advertising, and customer acquisition strategies
